I had an overall enjoyable stay at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and luxurious environment. My stay at the JW Marriott Indianapolis was overall fantastic, highlighted by really good customer service from the friendly staff. The location was super convenient, making it easy to access everything I needed, especially for the trade show. However, the room layout was a bit awkward, and the pillows left something to be desired. Nonetheless, the hotel’s ambiance made up for the small drawbacks.

The shower experience was downright terrible, making what should have been a relaxing moment a stressful one.
