I had an overall enjoyable stay at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and luxurious environment. However, I encountered some hiccups with check-in, which dampened the start of my experience. Despite some service inconsistencies, the location and amenities generally made up for it.

The location was super convenient, making it easy to access everything I needed, especially for the trade show. However, the room layout was a bit awkward, and the pillows left something to be desired. Nonetheless, the hotel’s ambiance made up for the small drawbacks.

The shower experience was downright terrible, making what should have been a relaxing moment a stressful one. Additionally, the lack of complimentary breakfast options and overpriced parking left me feeling nickel and dimed. Overall, a decent hotel, but definitely with room for improvement.

I was initially placed in a hospitality suite, which was not what I expected. The heavy sofa in front of the Murphy bed made it hard to even pull it down. After complaining, I was moved to another room, but the shower was a disaster with poor water flow and temperature control.
